Terms of service
These terms apply when you browse merapet.pk, buy a MeraPet tag, or use a tag to open a pet profile.
The product
A MeraPet tag is a physical QR tag plus a collar band. Scanning it opens a web page for that pet. It is not a GPS tracker and it does not stop a pet from going missing. It helps a finder reach you if they scan the tag.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees. Payment is by bank transfer to the account on our payment instructions page. An order is confirmed after we verify your transfer. We then pack and ship the tags to the address you gave at checkout.
Setting up a tag
When the tag arrives, scan it (or enter the code on the back) and create an account to attach a pet profile. You are responsible for keeping that profile accurate and for the contact details you publish.
Acceptable use
Do not use MeraPet pages to impersonate someone, publish someone else’s contact details without permission, or abuse finders or owners. We may deactivate a tag that is used to harass or mislead.
Limitation of liability
MeraPet is a contact tag, not a guarantee that a lost pet will be found. We are not responsible for phones that cannot scan a QR code, for finders who choose not to scan, or for loss beyond the price you paid for the tags in that order.
Returns
Returns are described in our return policy. In short, an unused tag that has not been set up may be returned if you start the return within 7 days. A tag that has been set up cannot be returned.
Changes
