Who we are

MeraPet (merapet.pk) sells QR pet tags and hosts the public pet pages those tags open. For privacy questions, message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 2203562 or email merapetpk@gmail.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored by Firebase Authentication), and the contact numbers you add to a pet profile.
• Order details: shipping name, phone, address, and what you bought. Payment is by bank transfer. We do not collect card numbers. You may send a payment screenshot on WhatsApp so we can confirm the order.
• Pet profiles: name, photo, notes, and the contact details you choose to show on the public page.
• Tag scans: when someone opens a tag link we record that a scan happened. If a finder shares their location, that location is sent to you, not published on the pet page.

How we use it

We use this information to fulfil orders, host pet pages, let finders reach you, and keep your account secure. We do not sell personal information. Public pet pages only show what you chose to publish.

Who can see a pet page

Anyone who scans the tag or opens the link can see the public profile. Your home address is never shown there. You can change or hide contact details from your dashboard at any time.

How long we keep data

Order records are kept so we can support delivery and returns. Account, pet, and tag data stay until you delete them or close your account, except where we must keep a record of a completed order.

Your choices

You can update your profile, pet pages, and published contact details in your account. You can ask us to delete an account that has no active tags. To correct an order or a payment screenshot, message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 2203562 or email merapetpk@gmail.com.
