Return policy
You can return a MeraPet tag only if it has not been set up, and only if you start the return within 7 days.
When a return is allowed
A tag can be returned only if it has not been set up. Set up means the QR code or printed code has been linked to a pet profile. Once a tag is set up, it cannot be returned.
7-day window
You must start the return within 7 days of receiving the order. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 339 2203562 or email merapetpk@gmail.com within that window with your order number and the unused tags you want to send back.
What we need back
Return the unused tag and collar band in sellable condition. We will confirm the refund after we receive and check them. Shipping for the return is your responsibility unless we sent the wrong item.
Refunds
Refunds are sent to the same bank account that paid for the order, after we have the unused tags. Set-up tags, used collar bands, and returns started after 7 days are not eligible.
